After 30 years in the business, industry-leading retailer H. Lorenzo is opening up its fourth location in Los Angeles. Just a few doors down from H. Lorenzo’s original location, which opened in 1984, Lorenzo Hadar’s new retail space is catered just to menswear, and will stock boundary-pushing designers like Yohji Yamamoto, Maison Margiela, Comme Des Garçons and Raf Simons, many of whom were first introduced to the American market by Hadar.
The new space features industrial fittings, and occupies two stories on LA’s Sunset Boulevard, which will also feature installations and performances from artists and creatives.
While H. Lorenzo has played a pivotal role in building LA’s fashion scene — 2Pac used to stop by to cop Versace — the store caters to contemporary tastes, and has been pivotal in bringing names like Craig Green, Martine Rose and A Cold Wall to the lucrative American market.
Be sure to stop by H. Lorenzo Men should you find yourself in Los Angeles.
